Maintenance Technician - Part Time

Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician for our Stoney Creek apartment community located in Laurinburg, NC. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.

Requirements
