Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more
• Respond quickly to service requests and after-hours emergencies
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities to community standards
• Manage maintenance supplies and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  
  

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC experience and EPA Certification required
• Previous maintenance experience in multifamily housing
• Reliable transportation, basic tools, and ability to be on-call
• Physical ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 25 lbs
