Job summary

Northwood Ravin in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to own the performance, reliability, and long-term condition of the Cosgrove Hill community. You will lead maintenance operations, ensure units turn on schedule, and uphold high standards of quality across systems and resident spaces.

Key areas of focus include:

• Overseeing work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance programs
• Managing building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Controlling maintenance expenses through vendor management, inventory oversight, and budget alignment
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, inspections, and emergency response readiness
