Synergy Senior Management is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our properties in Saginaw and Bay City, MI. You will perform general maintenance with a strong emphasis on painting, repairs, and preventative tasks to keep interiors and exteriors in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or handyman work.
• Painting experience with prep and finishing.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Detail-oriented with strong workmanship quality.
• Good problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Reliable transportation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks (e.g., minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Prepare surfaces and complete interior and exterior painting projects
• Patch drywall, sand, prime, and apply paint finishes
