Qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks (e.g., minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
Prepare surfaces and complete interior and exterior painting projects
Patch drywall, sand, prime, and apply paint finishes
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with regulations
