The role focuses on painting, repairs, and preventative maintenance, requiring hands-on, detail-oriented work and a commitment to a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Experience with painting surfaces, prep, and finishing.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is desirable.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Reliable transportation is an asset.
