Responsibilities include:

1. Performing building repairs, snow removal, groundskeeping, cleaning, and sanitation to ensure a safe and clean community environment.
2. Responding promptly to service requests and assisting with unit turns to prepare for new residents.
3. Managing inventory and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop.
4. Caring for equipment to ensure continuous operation and a well-maintained community.
5. Completing emergency repairs, identifying safety hazards, and reporting issues.
6. Documenting replacements and major repairs such as appliances, painting, and system repairs.
7. Supporting resident satisfaction through tasks like laundry assistance and other assigned duties.
8. Reporting building deficiencies and supply needs to the supervisor.
