Job summary

Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time onsite role. You will perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building and life safety systems, and operate maintenance equipment on a Monday–Friday schedule.

The position requires 2 years of relevant experience, a related trade school background, and a valid driver’s license. This role offers competitive pay, exceptional benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience operating and maintaining mechanical equipment or building repairs.
• Trade school or courses in electrical wiring, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems, life safety systems, building automation systems and equipment.
• Operate and maintain maintenance equipment.
