Job summary

Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time onsite role. You will perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building and life safety systems, and operate maintenance equipment on a Monday–Friday schedule.

The position requires 2 years of relevant experience, a related trade school background, and a valid driver’s license. This role offers competitive pay, exceptional benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Trade school or courses in electrical wiring, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Technician

Full-Time Onsite

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished maintenance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for completing routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems, life safety systems, building automation systems and equipment. Operates and maintains maintenance equipment.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining mechanical equipment and/or performing building repairs.
• A trade school or courses in Electrical Wiring, Refrigeration, Heating/Air Conditioning, Plumbing or Carpentry is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.

Additional requirements include:

• Knowledge of safety procedures, preventative maintenance program and work order programs.
