Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance across commercial properties.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces, prep and apply paint.
• Replace light bulbs, lamps, ballasts; clean fixtures.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for work orders.
• Respond to emergencies and uphold safety standards.
