Job summary

Cambridge Real Estate Services seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform complex repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple properties. On-site presence is required to meet daily business needs, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Minimum of three years of maintenance experience.
• Property management maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to read, understand and follow written instructions.
• Ability to complete reports.
• The ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and the public.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and apartment turnovers.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Rotate on-call after-hours service.
• Maintain interior/exterior common areas; patrol, wash.
• Participate in company training seminars.
• Other duties as required and necessary.
