Hillcrest Commons Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our on-site facilities team in Massachusetts. You will perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, and ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc., as directed.
• Repair facility systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical.
• Replace burned out lights and perform cleaning duties in high places.
• Service heating and cooling units/systems per manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain general plant and facility in good repair and a safe, clean environment.
• Maintain an atmosphere of safety and calm throughout the facility.
• Ensure maintenance supplies are replenished in work areas.
• Assist others in lifting heavy equipment and supplies as directed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
