Job summary

Hillcrest Commons Nursing & Rehab Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of facility systems. The role supports a large post-acute health care setting, with opportunities to contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

The position offers full-time hours with weekend/evening differential, weekly pay, and a benefits package including medical insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in routine maintenance across facilities.
• Ability to perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc.
• Repair facility and equipment including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.
• Replace bulbs and maintain lighting including exit and overhead lights.
• Service heating and cooling units per manufacturer specifications and policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly environment throughout the facility.
• Assist with lifting heavy equipment and supplies as needed.
• Other related duties as directed by supervisor or Administrator.
