Job summary

ADM Milling in Beech Grove, Indiana, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm) with on-call weekend rotation. This full-time, hourly position offers weekly pay and benefits start day 1.

You will install and maintain machinery, operate hoists and power tools, troubleshoot mechanical failures, repair drive systems, install material systems, and fabricate as needed.

Qualifications

• Commitment to ADM's safety culture; follow procedures.
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet physical requirements incl. standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, heights.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Work independently with team flexibility.
• Maintain professional image at all times.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems.
• Repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical drive systems.
• Install material systems and perform fabrication.
