You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems, prep vacant units, conduct routine inspections, and ensure safety compliance. On-call duties and strong teamwork are required to support residents and vendors, with a focus on high-quality service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Two years of general maintenance experience required.
• Painting experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and roofing trades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve building and equipment issues, ensuring timely repairs.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy with maintenance and enhancements.
• Inspect building systems and equipment to assess overall facility condition.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and assist in incident reports.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.
