KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Baltimore, MD property at St. James Terrace. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of property maintenance, complete service requests, and perform apartment turns with a focus on high-quality resident experience.

The role requires basic HVAC knowledge, experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair, plus the ability to safely operate hand and power tools. On-call availability is expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge is required.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
• Appliance repair skills are needed.
• Knowledge of basic residential repairs is expected.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more.
• Must be available for emergency on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property and perform routine upkeep and repairs.
• Address service requests and coordinate apartment turns.
• Respond to emergency calls after hours as required.
