Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Preserve at Shady Oak, a 220-unit community in Minnetonka, MN. You will perform general upkeep and maintenance to create a great living experience for residents. Responsibilities include handling work orders, preventative maintenance, appliance repairs, and preparing vacant units.

On-call duties may be required with a trip stipend for after-hours calls. Qualified candidates typically have 1-2 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements and complete work requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property and units.
• Assess and repair appliances; prep vacants for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Maintain a safe work environment.

Skills

1-2 years maintenance experience

Electrical systems knowledge
