Job summary

The role requires 50 hours per week, availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a clean driving record. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided for work-related duties.

Qualifications

• Must have strong general maintenance skills across building systems.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous repairs.
