Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, painting, masonry, pest management; appliance repair, electrical wiring, grounds keeping including sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide general repairs and maintenance support to assigned locations.
• Follow safety practices and complete incident reports when needed.
• Maintain fueling equipment and perform preventive maintenance on fuel systems.
• Work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
