Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the Wrecker's Cay community in Key West, FL. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and general maintenance to keep the property safe and inviting.

The role requires punctuality, dependability and a self-starting attitude, with experience in make-ready and apartment upkeep. You will also install and repair locks, follow the preventive maintenance plan, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with site

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter with a team mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsabilités

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
