Qualifications

• Must have electrical/plumbing/HVAC/appliance repair skills.
• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Able to lift 30–60 lbs and stand/walk all day.

Responsibilities

• Complete all types of work orders from residents.
• Complete resident apartment turnover tasks.
• Be available for on-call duties.
• Conduct property inspections or participate on an inspection team.
• Complete preventative maintenance activities.
