BlueLine Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our 42-unit property in Cortez, CO. You’ll perform hands-on maintenance and repairs to keep units safe, clean, and tenant-ready.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance service, preventive maintenance, work-order documentation, inventory support, and after-hours on-call rotations. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of property maintenance experience are preferred, along with a

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Proficiency in basic tools and equipment.
• Basic MS Office and work order software skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and more.
• Handle tasks such as wallboard repair, countertop replacement, lock repairs, and painting.
• Inspect properties to identify and address maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Complete and document work orders and maintenance logs.
• On-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
