Responsibilities include responding to service requests, maintaining units and common areas, and assisting with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. A team-driven, service-first attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain apartment homes and prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues across units and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Maintain common areas and grounds appearance.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs as needed.
• Monitor inventory and maintain tools and supplies.
• Collaborate with property management and onsite teams.
