Job summary

The Dolben Company, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Largo, MD community. You will join a high-energy team dedicated to maintaining 284 apartment homes and delivering quality living environments for residents.

Responsibilities include resolving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, preparing vacants for move-in, and upholding safety and cleanliness. On-call rotations and after-hours availability are required.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Availability for emergency on-call situations.
Basic computer literacy for software, apps and programs.
Customer service mindset essential for resident interactions.

Responsibilities

Showing care and concern for our residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
Preserving safety through general upkeep, snow removal and ground maintenance.
Providing residents with outstanding customer service.
Working weekends or evenings and being on call for after-hour emergencies.
Operates with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
