Willows at Grand Dunes in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure units are turned efficiently. The role requires strong customer service and the ability to diagnose HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of maintenance experience, with proficiency in basic math and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of property management maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Respond to maintenance requests as directed by the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor or staff.
• Schedule, monitor and perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Ensure work orders are completed promptly and professionally.
• Assist with vendor communication and scheduling as needed.
• Prepare and submit property invoices per guidelines.
