Stay Breeze is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site work across vacation rental properties in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to ensure excellent guest experiences.

You will prioritize tasks in real time and communicate effectively with guests and internal teams. Candidates should have at least 1 year of hands-on repair experience and a valid driver’s license with no suspensions in five years.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past 5 years.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on handyman or general repair experience, including basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, or carpentry work.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize maintenance requests, and manage time across multiple properties.
• Comfortable using mobile apps or systems to document work completed, time, and materials used.
• Willingness to work weekends, rotating shifts, and on‑call schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is a hands‑on, field-based role responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining vacation rental properties across Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, independent judgment, and the ability to prioritize maintenance needs in real time. Technicians play a critical role in protecting property conditions and ensuring positive guest experiences.

Pay: $17 - $23 hourly pending experience, with an opportunity to earn more through bonuses and company growth.
