Rose Valley Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role performs routine and preventative repairs across property grounds and resident units, with a strong focus on customer service.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting tasks, and on-call emergency work orders. Attention to detail and reliability are essential for keeping our community safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance at an apartment community.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting.
• Must have reliable transportation for on-call emergencies.
• On-call REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, walls, painting, and appliances.
• Oversee curb appeal with exterior inspections, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Attend team meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Handle daily cleaning and special projects as assigned.
