The technician will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks, participate in on-call rotations for emergencies, and contribute to safety and curb appeal with a team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, drywall, painting, and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Perform common area and apartment repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances.
• Oversee curb appeal with exterior inspections, cleaning and grounds maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and address concerns.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Apply preventative measures to reduce future problems.
