Job summary

Nova Property Mgmt is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to keep our properties running smoothly. You will inspect facilities, perform routine maintenance, and support repairs to avoid safety risks.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience, solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and a reliable, team-oriented mindset. On-call nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in maintenance or facilities support.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Strong work ethic, timely communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit turnover tasks for apartments, including painting, drywall repairs, and replacing light fixtures.
• Document repairs and track service intervals for equipment.
• Implement preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation of systems.
