Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Centreville, VA to keep our communities safe and comfortable. You’ll handle preventative maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, and prepare vacant apartments for move-in, delivering outstanding service to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Showing care and concern for residents through service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Preserving building safety and cleanliness, snow removal and grounds maintenance.
