Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical tasks across our properties in Bethlehem, GA. You will handle work orders, inspections, prepping vacants, inventory, and safety compliances.

This full-time role requires ability to operate tools, follow safety protocols, and communicate with staff and vendors. On-call weekends/evenings may be required; EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in buildings and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure functionality and safety.
• Adhere to safety standards and codes; complete accurate documentation.
• Manage inventory, track materials, and coordinate vendors/contractors.
• Communicate effectively with management, residents, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and address property needs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Maintain documentation and safety records.
• Assist in grounds upkeep and general property upkeep.
• Support cost-cutting efforts and safety protocols.
• Participate in on-call schedule with weekend/evening/morning availability.
