Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the upkeep of properties and prepare vacant units for occupancy in a fast-paced environment in Flagstaff, AZ. The role requires hands-on skills with tools, and knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

On-call availability and adherence to OSHA safety standards are essential. The position includes full-time hours with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance in uniform and adhere to safety policies.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis and respond to service requests.
