Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and customer service.
• Desire to learn skills such as HVAC, painting, plumbing.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Must have valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
• Develop and apply skills in HVAC, painting, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and related maintenance tasks.
