Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to service residents effectively.
• Willingness to learn and grow in maintenance skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
