Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Colorado. You will keep properties in excellent condition, respond to resident requests, and uphold safety and quality standards with a service-first mindset.

Minimum one year of community maintenance experience is required, along with proficiency in appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep. Strong English communication is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a community setting.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Ability to operate as a versatile handyman (jack of all trades).
• Experience with appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the preservation of the property’s physical attributes.
• Provide complete support to management in upholding standards and procedures.
• Ensure safety measures are enforced across the site.
• Maintain shop, equipment, inventory, and security.
