Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our people-first real estate team in Colorado. You will be the right-hand to management, keeping our community facilities in top condition and delivering outstanding service to residents and teammates.

We prize reliability, safety, and strong English communication. The role requires 1+ year in maintenance and comfort with basic IT tools. Benefits include PTO, health care, a 25% rent discount, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a community setting.
• Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building maintenance.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Able to use computers and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide full support to management in upholding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced.
• Assist in maintaining the shop, company equipment, inventory control and security.
• Act as an inspector to maintain curb appeal and keep the property looking its best.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.

The expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $24 and $28. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
