Berkshire Residential Investments in Garland, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our communities well-maintained and welcoming. You will work as part of a team, focusing on quality service and resident satisfaction.

You will own tasks like preserving property attributes, supporting management, enforcing safety, maintaining shop and inventory, and ensuring curb appeal. Strong communication and handyman skills are valued.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a community.
• Ability to use computers and related applications.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Support management in upholding community and corporate standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced.
• Maintain the shop, company equipment, inventory control and ensuring key security.
• Be an inspector! Curb appeal is imperative, make sure the property looks its' best.
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and teammates.
