Actus Nutrition in Adell, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and troubleshoot facility operations, utilities and equipment. The role emphasizes preventive and corrective maintenance, plus adherence to safety procedures.

You will monitor pressures, flow, boiler performance, and maintain PM logs; be forklift certified; work with vendors; and support a team dedicated to quality and compliance. Pay ranges from $27.50 to $40.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous maintenance experience preferred or equivalent skills in a food processing plant.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Desire to learn, show initiative and be able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Monitor pressures and flow rates of equipment.
• Monitor boiler performance, water and air quality.
• Maintain PM logs.
• Perform general facility maintenance including welding (sanitary and structural).
• Keep management informed of potential issues.
• Maintain sanitation log records and timeliness.
• Certified to drive the forklift and adhere to safety procedures.
• Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors on facility projects.

We are currently seeking Maintenance Technician to join the Adell team!

Pay: $27.50-$40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

The Maintenance Technician has the responsibility to oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility, and maintenance related issues within the facility.

• Perform duties related to preventative, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Monitor pressures and flow rates of equipment.
• Monitor boiler performance, water and air quality.
• Maintain PM logs.
• Perform general maintenance on the facility, welding - sanitary and structural.
• Keep Management informed of potential issues.
• Maintain sanitation log records and timeliness.
• Certified to drive the forklift.
• Must follow all LOTO, PRCS and all safety procedures.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors - on projects for the facility.

Qualifications
