Actus Nutrition is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Adell, Wisconsin facility. This day shift role includes rotating weekends on call, with training hours potentially varying. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility or manufacturing maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine and emergency maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Monitor pressures and flow rates of equipment.
• Monitor boiler performance, water and air quality.
• Maintain PM logs and records.
• Perform general maintenance, including welding for sanitary and structural needs.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and resolve issues.
• Keep management informed of potential issues.
• Maintain sanitation log records and timeliness.
• Operate forklift and comply with safety procedures (LOTO, PRCS).
• Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors on facility projects.

Shift: Day shift with rotating weekends on call. (Training Hours May Vary)

$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Pay: Based on experience

The Maintenance Technician has the responsibility to oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility, and maintenance related issues within the facility.

• Perform duties related to preventative, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Monitor pressures and flow rates of equipment.
• Monitor boiler performance, water and air quality.
• Maintain PM logs.
• Perform general maintenance on the facility, welding – sanitary and structural.
• Keep Management informed of potential issues.
• Maintain sanitation log records and timeliness.
• Certified to drive the forklift.
• Must follow all LOTO, PRCS and all safety procedures.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors – on projects for the facility.
