Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking Maintenance Technicians for an advanced manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN. Multiple shifts, supporting automated equipment, with emphasis on wiring, controls, and reliability.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and predictive maintenance while documenting work in CMMS and following safety procedures in a team setting. Night and weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong PLC and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to read schematics.
Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.
Ability to work night shift or weekend shift.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems.
Follow all safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.
