Job summary

Management Performance Associates is hiring Maintenance Technicians for an advanced manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN. The openings cover multiple shifts and support automated manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance, plus reading schematics and documenting work orders using CMMS. Night or weekend shifts are available, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
Proficient in PLC and electrical troubleshooting.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to read schematics.
Familiarity with CMMS or computerized work orders.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems.
Follow all safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.
