Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Technicians for an advanced manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN. Openings exist across multiple shifts to support automated manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting work orders using CMMS. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong PLC and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to read schematics.
Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.
Ability to work night shift or weekend shift.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems.
Follow all safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.
