Job summary

Accounting Search in Smyrna, TN is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support automated manufacturing equipment across multiple shifts. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to keep line operations running smoothly.

Qualified candidates have industrial maintenance experience, PLC/electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics. CMMS experience and willingness to work night or weekend shifts are a plus.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong PLC/electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to read schematics.
Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.
Ability to work night shift or weekend shift.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS.
Follow all safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.
