Job summary

International is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for our San Antonio manufacturing plant. The role starts on the Day shift (Mon–Thu, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM) for training before transitioning to the Night shift (Mon–Thu, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM) in 2027.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus and relocation support up to $7,500 are offered. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing equipment, reading schematics, calibrating systems, and ensuring plant safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance-related field.
• Associate degree in maintenance, mechanical or electrical field.
• Completion of Texas FAME AMT program with 1 year International Motors experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work behavior and follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain, repair and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics.
• Calibrate equipment including fluid, air and gas systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Repair booths, ovens, conveyors and readers as needed.
• Diagnose failures at system and component levels.
• Collaborate with team leaders on scheduled maintenance.
