- Maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment
- Understands the current status of all production machines on the floor
- Works closely with shift supervisor to maintain machines in safe, efficient and quality process
- Before departing, shift Maintenance Tech will enter appropriate information in the maintenance Log, or other appropriate designated place
- Experience with troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems
- Responsible for maintaining and adhering to established Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and Safety Quality Foods (SQF) compliance requirements.
- Respond to any emergency or potential emergency.
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
- Suggest actions for continual improvement to products, processes or systems and very the implementation of solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with troubleshooting pneumatic systems
- Working knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out requirements
- Mechanical aptitude
- High School or Equivalent Education
- Plastic molding experience preferred but not required
