Amcor in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to lead routine repairs and keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support production teams to minimize downtime.

• Responds quickly to equipment issues to prevent downtime or safety risks.
• Completes assigned work orders and communicates progress to leadership.
• Assists other departments when needed and supports team members.
• Follows all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures.

Job description

As a Maintenance Technician, you take the lead in keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll work hands‑on with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and preventing downtime. This role is ideal if you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and want to grow your technical skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Able to climb ladders and work in various positions.
• Comfortable working around oils, grease, inks, and solvents.
• Has good manual dexterity and 20/20 corrected vision.
• Able to distinguish colors for inspection and troubleshooting.

Additional Information:

Work Schedule: 7:00pm-7:00am following a 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off!)
