Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join Neon Local Apartments in Denver, CO. You will handle maintenance requests, repairs, painting, turnovers and support a clean, safe community for residents.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a sizable property, tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and customer-service oriented interactions with residents.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience across plumbing, electrical, A/C and related trades.
• Customer-service orientation and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances and perform painting tasks.
• Handle apartment turnovers and related duties.
• Take emergency calls and respond promptly.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Neon Local Apartments, located in Denver, CO!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $24-$25/hour DOE
• Monthly bonuses
