Bowser Automotive Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our multi‑site facilities across several dealership rooftops.

You will work with the Maintenance Manager to perform general repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks at multiple locations. The role requires hands‑on skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting, plus the ability to travel locally between sites.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general maintenance, facilities, construction, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, or general repairs.
• Comfortable using common hand tools and power tools.
• Basic understanding of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience working across multiple buildings or locations is a plus.
• Experience with commercial properties, automotive facilities, dealerships, or service departments is a plus.
• Experience with snow removal, landscaping, pressure washing, or exterior property maintenance is helpful.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance and facility needs across multiple dealership locations.
• Travel between dealership rooftops as assigned to complete repairs, maintenance, and other projects.
• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other facility repairs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and report larger or more complex problems to the Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain dealership buildings, service departments, offices, employee areas, parking areas, and other facilities.
• Assist with moving equipment, furniture, supplies, and other items.
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping, pressure washing, and exterior upkeep.
• Help prepare locations for outside contractors and vendors.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with special projects and facility improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other maintenance and facility‑related duties as assigned.

We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician – Multi‑Site Support to join our facilities team. This position will work directly with and support the Maintenance Manager in maintaining and improving multiple automotive dealership rooftops.

Experience & Qualifications

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between dealership locations
