Job summary

BOWSER PONTIAC INC is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician – Multi-Site Support to join our facilities team. This role supports the Maintenance Manager across multiple automotive dealership rooftops, traveling between sites to complete repairs and preventative maintenance.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and capable of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other facility tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general maintenance, facilities, construction, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, or general repairs.
• Comfortable using common hand tools and power tools.
• Basic understanding of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience with snow removal, landscaping, or exterior property maintenance is helpful.
• Ability to travel between dealership locations with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance across multiple dealership locations.
• Travel between dealership rooftops as assigned to complete repairs, maintenance, and other projects.
• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other facility repairs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and report larger or more complex problems to the Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain dealership buildings, service departments, offices, employee areas, parking areas, and other facilities.
• Assist with moving equipment, furniture, supplies, and other items.

Maintenance Technician – Multi‑Site Support

We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician – Multi‑Site Support to join our facilities team. This position will work directly with and support the Maintenance Manager in maintaining and improving multiple automotive dealership rooftops.

The ideal candidate is a reliable, mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping facilities safe, clean, and operating properly. This is a hands‑on position with a variety of responsibilities across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance and facility needs across multiple dealership locations
• Travel between dealership rooftops as assigned to complete repairs, maintenance, and other projects
• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other facility repairs
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and report larger or more complex problems to the Maintenance Manager
• Maintain dealership buildings, service departments, offices, employee areas, parking areas, and other facilities
• Assist with moving equipment, furniture, supplies, and other items
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping, pressure washing, and exterior upkeep
• Help prepare locations for outside contractors and vendors
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with special projects and facility improvements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform other maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general maintenance, facilities, construction, or building maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, or general repairs
• Comfortable using common hand tools and power tools
• Basic understanding of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience working across multiple buildings or locations is a plus
• Experience with commercial properties, automotive facilities, dealerships, or service departments is a plus
• Experience with snow removal, landscaping, pressure washing, or exterior property maintenance is helpful
• Ability to safely use ladders and perform physical maintenance tasks
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when assigned a task
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between dealership locations
