Job summary

Union Depot in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Maintenance technician to perform carpentry, painting, event setup, and minor electrical/plumbing repairs. You will ensure proper maintenance of building property, move furniture, and report faults through proper channels.

Safely use equipment and cleaning materials during daily tasks. The position typically follows a Mon-Fri 8am–4:30pm schedule, with pay ranging from $26 to $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to perform inspections and minor repairs across interior and exterior areas.
• Safety-conscious use of equipment and cleaning materials.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry, painting, event setup and takedowns.
• Minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Inspect and repair walls, flooring, lighting, and fixtures.
• Move furniture and arrange equipment as needed.
• Report faults and perform regular property checks.
• Perform other maintenance duties as needed.
